Employment Law Associate – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking Employment Law Associates to join leading law firms in Brussels. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior partners on a wide range of employment‑law matters, from advisory work to litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on individual and collective employment issues, including hiring, dismissals and restructurings.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, internal policies and workplace regulations.
• Support clients with social security, employee‑benefits and HR‑compliance matters.
• Represent clients in employment disputes, negotiations with unions and proceedings before authorities.

Required profile

• Belgian law degree.
• 0–5 years of experience in employment law, covering junior to mid‑level practice.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (native level).
