Employment Law Associate – Brussels

About the role
We are seeking Employment Law Associates to join leading law firms in Brussels. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior partners on a wide range of employment‑law matters, from advisory work to litigation.
Key responsibilities
- Advise corporate clients on individual and collective employment issues, including hiring, dismissals and restructurings.
- Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, internal policies and workplace regulations.
- Support clients with social security, employee‑benefits and HR‑compliance matters.
- Represent clients in employment disputes, negotiations with unions and proceedings before authorities.
Required profile
- Belgian law degree.
- 0–5 years of experience in employment law, covering junior to mid‑level practice.
- Fluent in Dutch or French (native level).
