About the role
As an EMEA Sales Trainer you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that boost the performance of our sales teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on onboarding new hires, assessing skills, and providing ongoing development to ensure consistent, high‑quality sales execution.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding for new sales hires, ensuring they meet a minimum assessed standard.
- Develop and implement selling‑skills frameworks such as the iSMILE Selling Skills Framework.
- Conduct regular skill assessments and training‑needs analyses to identify gaps.
- Design and deliver up‑skilling and re‑training programs aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with ASM Leadership Academy and TM Training Needs Analysis to integrate sales skills with broader people‑development initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional enablement projects at the EMEA level from concept through execution, managing objectives, timelines, stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales training and development.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
