Embedded Software Engineer (C/C++)

About the role

Join a dynamic engineering team that develops accessories and connected devices for military communication systems. You will be responsible for integrating a TCP/IP stack with secure communication protocols into embedded devices used for secure software updates, and may also refactor existing code to improve maintainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality embedded software in C/C++.
• Integrate networking stacks and secure protocols into embedded devices.
• Improve and refactor existing software architecture.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform testing and validation of embedded systems, including unit, integration and system tests.
• Conduct code reviews and identify security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain clear documentation for designs, specifications and testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in C and C++ embedded development.
• Proven ability to integrate TCP/IP stacks and secure communication protocols.
• Experience with software adaptation, refactoring and architecture improvement.
• Solid understanding of testing and validation methodologies for embedded systems.
• Good documentation skills and awareness of compliance requirements.
