Director of Operations – Belgium

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead daily business activities for Rejoes Belgium. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Romania and will drive operational excellence, budget management, and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor growth and revenue targets, including opening three new stores by year‑end.
• Analyze operational performance and implement process‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high customer‑service standards and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to synchronize strategies and foster a productive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management with strong analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage diverse teams.
• Expertise in budgeting and financial planning.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
