Digital Transformation Manager – AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to help train AI models on real‑world transformation scenarios. This freelance position is fully remote and requires 8–20 hours per week, allowing you to work alongside your current commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated content related to digital transformation, technology adoption, and change management.
• Evaluate outputs for operational accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real‑world requirements.
• Draft realistic transformation scenarios based on your professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI‑generated material and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Senior‑level Digital Transformation Manager with extensive experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven track record advising, planning, and executing digital transformation projects.
• Strong ability to assess operational processes, requirements, and compliance.
• Comfortable working independently and delivering structured, critical feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness.
