Digital Strategist / Business Architect

About the role

Craftzing is seeking a Digital Strategist / Business Architect to shape the future direction of organisations through clear strategies and tangible concepts. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to turn ambiguity into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on external market context and internal processes, distilling findings into visual insights for stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, brainstorms and ideation sessions to co‑create strategies and concepts.
• Define product or service value propositions based on customer needs, fears and desires, and translate them into high‑level wireframes.
• Build business cases to validate financial feasibility and outline actionable roadmaps for phased delivery.
• Present and defend strategies to all organisational levels, including C‑level executives.
• Collaborate with project teams throughout the full lifecycle to refine solutions.

Required profile

• Exceptional facilitator comfortable running workshops and guiding diverse groups to shared outcomes.
• Analytical thinker who can deep‑dive into data, spot patterns and reduce complex information to its essence.
• Strong communicator able to capture and retain the attention of senior decision‑makers.
• Senior‑level experience in digital or business strategy, business design or strategic consulting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating high‑level wireframes and visual concepts.
• Ability to develop business cases and financial models.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (additional French language skills are advantageous).
