Business Project Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a seasoned business project manager to guide our teams in delivering impactful business solutions for top‑tier clients such as the Flemish Government, Proximus, BNP and itsme®.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex business projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Act as the single point of contact, coordinating communication between project teams, business stakeholders and organisational departments.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates and manage expectations with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Implement and refine project‑management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create long‑term roadmaps, identify risks and proactively apply mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing complex business initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise‑level clients and work on‑site when required.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, resilient under pressure and able to balance scope, timing and budget.
