Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Knauf Insulation is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team in Visé, Belgium. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Digitization Manager, you will act as the regional digital marketing partner for Western Europe, helping local teams leverage the Group’s digital ecosystem and improve performance through data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital marketing support for Western Europe countries.
• Advise local teams on SEO strategy and performance monitoring using Semrush.
• Create, update and optimise websites via Contentful.
• Develop Adobe Analytics dashboards and conduct performance analysis.
• Manage lead generation and marketing automation through HubSpot.
• Analyse digital performance, provide recommendations and improve user experience.
• Support implementation, adoption and optimisation of the Showpad sales enablement tool.
• Ensure best practice in HubSpot usage across countries and improve lead management processes.
• Prepare, analyse and communicate digital performance reports using Adobe Analytics.
• Assist the manager with day‑to‑day activities, cross‑functional coordination and ongoing digital projects.
• Occasional travel within the region.

Required profile

• Solid experience in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on performance improvement.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
