DevOps Engineer – EUC & Collaboration (Hybrid, Belgium)

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer focused on End‑User Computing (EUC) within the EUC & Collaboration team, you will work closely with local brand teams in the BeCSE region to deliver modern workplace solutions that boost productivity and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support high‑quality business functionality for Client Modern Workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with the Regional IT Manager EUC & Collaboration to shape the future workplace roadmap.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions, staying ahead of technology trends.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams in both agile and waterfall project environments.
• Ensure seamless integration of EUC platforms with existing retail and supply‑chain IT architecture.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience (mid‑level) or 6+ years for senior candidates.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to thrive in multicultural, fast‑paced environments.
