Digital Transformation Consultant

About the role

As a Digital Transformation Consultant you will guide strategic change programmes from strategy through execution, helping the organisation become more data‑driven, customer‑centric and efficient. You will work closely with business and technology teams across Antwerp and Amsterdam, supporting the adoption of agile ways of working and AI‑driven processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions and alignment meetings with business and technology teams.
• Support the transformation of agile roles and responsibilities, including AI‑enabled workflows.
• Monitor project progress through delivery reporting, KPIs and management dashboards.
• Drive change adoption through communication, training and stakeholder coaching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in digital transformation, change management or consultancy.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate at all organisational levels.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Comfortable working in a complex, fast‑paced, multi‑location environment.
