Data Analyst

About the role

Movify is a consultancy based in Belgium that designs, builds, and scales digital experiences. We are looking for a Data Analyst who will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support our clients' digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, data requirements and ensure data quality through cleansing, preparation and validation.
• Develop and maintain databases, queries and data pipelines to support ongoing analytics.
• Perform predictive and statistical analyses to guide decision‑making.
• Identify and implement process improvements and data‑optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a data‑analysis or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
