Data Analyst – Consulting

About the role

As a Data Analyst at Cream Consulting, you will work closely with business teams across sectors such as banking, insurance, telecom, energy and transport. You will transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into analytical questions.
• Collect, clean, and analyse large data sets.
• Identify trends, patterns and performance drivers.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports and other analytical outputs.
• Assist business users in interpreting data findings.
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of analytics tools.
• Collaborate with business, IT and data teams to ensure data quality and relevance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly.

• SQL
• Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
• Python or SAS
