Data Analyst – Automation & Digital Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our small, dynamic team in Brussels. You will help design and deliver innovative data‑driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and support our digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data‑driven solutions, business applications, and automated workflows.
• Design Python‑based tools, scripts and reporting solutions for data processing and process automation.
• Analyse business needs and manual processes, turning them into sustainable digital workflows.
• Integrate applications and data sources within the Microsoft ecosystem using APIs and automation platforms.
• Lead and support automation projects, ensuring proper documentation, testing, governance, security and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, automation or business application development (motivated junior candidates are welcome).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit and fluency in English and Dutch.
