Cyber Security Risk Manager

About the role

Devoteam is seeking a Cyber Security Risk Manager to act as a trusted advisor for clients undergoing digital transformation. You will help identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, ensuring a robust cyber‑security posture across diverse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on current digital business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Participate in the client’s cyber‑intelligence cycle, collecting threat information and performing risk analyses.
• Monitor emerging cyber trends, develop threat response plans, and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain best‑practice procedures, documentation, and compliance guidelines aligned with evolving regulations.
• Support the Cyber Trust team in Belgium, sharing insights to elevate overall security maturity.
• Collaborate with business and technical staff to capture, discuss, and verify cyber risks.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with expertise in information security, cybercrime, and IT risk.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in IT security.
• Proven experience in risk management projects and business continuity management.
