Infrastructure & Security Manager

About the role

As the Infrastructure & Security Manager at SECO Group, you will be responsible for safeguarding and optimizing the company’s entire technology landscape. You will lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure, networks, and ERP systems to support the growth of engineering and inspection activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure availability and performance of on‑premise, Azure Cloud, and hybrid environments across multiple sites.
• Define, enforce, and audit the ISO 27001 security policy, manage access rights and protect sensitive data.
• Oversee the technical strategy, integration and governance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Lead, coach and develop internal technical teams.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, system integrators and hardware suppliers.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex, secure IT infrastructures.
• Proven expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Azure, M365) and networking (Cisco, Fortinet).
• Strategic vision combined with hands‑on operational capability.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
