About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end experience for our strategic accounts. Working fully remote, you will act as the single point of contact, guiding customers through onboarding, deployment, and ongoing value realization in the cleantech and infrastructure space.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver white‑glove service across the entire customer journey, from post‑sale handoff to go‑live.
  • Lead structured onboarding and quarterly service reviews that showcase performance, ROI, and sustainability impact.
  • Monitor account health, usage data, and network performance to anticipate and resolve issues early.
  • Own escalation management, driving internal urgency and turning challenges into trust‑building opportunities.
  • Drive renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and cultivate customer advocates for case studies and references.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to product, engineering, and operations teams to influence roadmap and service delivery.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles, preferably in EV charging, energy tech, SaaS or infrastructure.
  • Fluent in Flemish (Dutch) and strong English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts with measurable outcomes (retention, expansion, CSAT, NPS).
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for turning data into actionable stories.
  • Self‑starter who builds processes rather than waiting for a playbook.
