Customer Success Manager – Dutch Speaker (Belgium)

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Dutch‑speaking Customer Success Manager to help Belgian clients get the most out of its health services. You will own the customer journey from onboarding to ongoing adoption, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new administrators through a smooth onboarding and provide advanced product education.
• Promote Alan’s health products to employees and admins to drive high adoption.
• Handle incoming admin requests related to operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers during contract renewals to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Design and execute creative initiatives that increase engagement and reduce churn.
• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights to product teams to improve the platform.
• Help build the CSM team in Belgium, defining processes, documentation, and best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for health and prevention.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with sales and product teams.
• Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments, preferably in SaaS or health‑tech.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can turn feedback into actionable improvements.
