About the role
Join Accenture Song’s Service Team as a Customer Advisory Consultant, helping leading organisations shape their customer strategies and drive growth. You will work closely with C‑level stakeholders to translate insights into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of agendas for multiple C‑level executives on customer‑centric topics.
- Design customer experiences that unlock growth and capture trapped value.
- Conduct assessments to identify vulnerabilities, challenges and opportunities in client environments.
- Provide deep insights into customer needs, behaviours and frustrations to define differentiated value propositions.
- Develop financial models and business cases that quantify the impact of improved customer experience or reduced cost‑to‑serve.
- Lead workstreams, deliver recommendations and collaborate continuously with clients.
- Coach and mentor junior analysts and consultants.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of relevant consulting or advisory experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and a client‑first attitude.
- Ability to quickly absorb information and translate it into clear recommendations.
