Courier – Ground Operations

About the role

Join FedEx as a Courier in our Ground Operations team, handling a variety of delivery methods including van, truck, bike and foot. You will be responsible for both domestic and international pick‑up and delivery, ensuring parcels move safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Execute courier and dispatch operations at station and hub locations.
• Perform ramp and sort activities as required.
• Handle international and domestic pick‑up and delivery tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures.
• Provide courteous customer service throughout the delivery process.
