Travel Consultant – Marine & Crew Travel (Remote)

About the role

As a Travel Consultant within the ERM (Enterprise Resource Management) team, you will provide specialised travel support for marine, offshore and crew movements. Working remotely, you will be the primary point of contact for business customers, delivering accurate reservations, industry information and up‑selling related services.

Key responsibilities

• Search, confirm and manage travel reservations for customers.
• Handle crew movements, rotations and disruption management.
• Provide industry‑specific information such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties and visa requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring focused attention.
• Assist team members across functions and contribute to achieving individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore or crew travel environments.
• Hands‑on expertise in managing crew movements, rotations and disruption handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service setting.
• Effective collaboration within a global, multi‑regional operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of travel industry policies, procedures and processes.
