Marketing & Communication Manager – Belgium & Luxembourg

About the role

Eaglestone, a fast‑growing real‑estate developer operating in Belgium, Luxembourg and France, is looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager to lead its brand and project promotion across the Benelux region. Reporting to the COO and CCO, you will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution while collaborating closely with sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement marketing strategies for residential and mixed‑use projects, including online and offline sales tools, media planning, launch campaigns and performance analysis.
• Boost Eaglestone’s brand visibility in Belgium and Luxembourg through digital content creation, press relations and press releases.
• Plan and execute events such as commercial launches, groundbreakings, inaugurations and trade‑show participation.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong background in project marketing, corporate communication and digital channels.
• Fluent French; knowledge of Dutch and English considered an asset.
