Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – International Tech & Services

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Board and senior leadership to define and execute a strategic roadmap that balances services, consulting, and product ambitions.
• Scale the organization from an entrepreneurial growth phase to a professionally managed, agile enterprise.
• Strengthen and expand the services/consulting business to drive revenue, client proximity and profitability.
• Clarify the product and technology trajectory, prioritize SaaS opportunities, and oversee go‑to‑market and adoption strategies.
• Build a scalable leadership model by clarifying responsibilities, reinforcing delegation, and improving cross‑functional decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a technology‑focused, mission‑oriented environment.
• Track record of scaling organizations while preserving culture and agility.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience growing services and consulting revenue streams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product and SaaS initiatives from concept to market.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with boards and senior executives.
