Cartographic Operator Consultant (GIS)

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Cartographic Operator Consultant to support the rollout of the new ICARB application at municipal sites. You will provide on‑site training for municipal agents and deliver remote assistance to ensure accurate cartographic updates.

Key responsibilities

• Process cartographic modification requests, including road layout changes and address placements using ArcGIS Pro.
• Handle complex tasks such as street name splits/mergers and address renumbering.
• Respond to user inquiries about the ICARB application and best practices for address management.
• Design, organize, and deliver training sessions and create supporting training materials.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills for diverse municipal audiences.
• Proactive initiative and effective teamwork.
