About the role

Join Accenture's Strategy & Consulting team in Brussels to help Capital Markets and Banking clients navigate large‑scale transformation. You will work on both small and large projects, contributing to the creation of future‑ready solutions for the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams by analysing project specifics and industry dynamics.
• Conduct detailed analyses while maintaining a high‑level overview of initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and collaborate closely with colleagues.
• Act as an Accenture ambassador both externally with clients and internally.
• Develop expertise in key industry topics, own client relationships, and support sales efforts.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in project management within consulting firms or corporate project departments.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Banking sectors.
