Business Development Representative – Dutch speaking (Belgium)

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Business Development Representative to help Belgian companies transition to a proactive health partner. You will work remotely or on‑site across Belgium, speaking Dutch, to generate new business and nurture key relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects, delivering compelling product demonstrations.
• Drive deals, manage the sales pipeline, and close strategic opportunities.
• Onboard new customers and guide stakeholders through the transition from prospect to client.
• Apply Alan’s Smart & Soft selling method to create a pleasant, instructive experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve product, processes, and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Team‑player mindset with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Interest in health‑focused insurance and preventive care.
