About the role
We are seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in the mobile games market. Based in Belgium, you will shape partnerships with game studios and publishers worldwide, guiding them through the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end business development activities, including cold outreach, pitching, negotiations and contract closing with mobile game developers and publishers.
- Identify, qualify and secure new strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
- Maintain and optimise a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and accurate conversion tracking.
- Act as a trusted advisor, presenting value propositions, ROI and revenue growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to align partner needs with internal roadmaps.
- Represent the company at international industry events, conferences and trade fairs to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Gather market insights and partner feedback to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
Required profile
- 3‑4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in mobile gaming, app technology or digital products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building qualified pipelines.
- Experience in cold lead generation and engaging senior decision‑makers.
- Strong autonomy, adaptability and ability to work in a fast‑evolving international environment.
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Monday.com.
- Understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, including free‑to‑play models, SDKs, APIs and digital distribution.
