About the role

We are seeking a medior Business & Data Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Belgium. The analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, delivering data‑driven solutions within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Design, develop and maintain SQL queries, data extracts and API integrations.
Perform backend data analysis and support data‑warehouse reporting.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and help ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
Provide insights and visualisations that support decision‑making.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs and backend processes.
Hands‑on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
Background in financial services and data‑warehouse environments.
