Business Analyst – Spare Parts Procurement & Planning

About the role

As a Business Analyst in the Spare Parts Planning & Procurement team, you will ensure a reliable supply of spare parts across Daikin's European network. You will combine business knowledge with technical expertise to drive digital transformation, improve processes, and support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the spare parts procurement and planning processes, continuously optimizing for reliability and performance.
• Design and enhance processes to improve customer service levels and operational excellence.
• Integrate new product ranges and solutions into planning workflows.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and suppliers, to align on solutions.
• Participate in cross‑functional IT and digital transformation projects from analysis to go‑live.
• Lead the automation of planning and procurement through data‑driven tools.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for operational and management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working in a supply‑chain or procurement environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently after an intensive training period and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across multiple countries.

Required skills

• Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
