Business Analyst – Financial Services

About the role

Morrison Finance is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to help identify new opportunities, build client relationships and drive growth. You will act as a bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate working sessions and alignment meetings with stakeholders across departments.
• Support process mapping and optimisation using BPMN or UML.
• Document workshop outcomes, agendas and action plans.
• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Coordinate gap analysis, user testing and defect resolution with IT and operations squads.
• Ensure business objectives are reflected in solution design.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conceptualise complex workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Familiarity with international payment processing and agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
