About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and diligent senior professional to join our CFO Advisory team in Brussels. You will advise clients on optimizing their finance function, processes and systems across a variety of strategic projects. You will work on diverse assignments, from performance management to post‑merger integration, contributing directly to the firm’s success story. The role offers the chance to lead projects and develop your professional network.
Key responsibilities
- Performance Management, Dashboarding and Reporting
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting
- Transformation and digitisation of the finance function
- Cash‑flow and working‑capital improvement
- Post‑merger integration
- Business case development and investor readiness
- Mentoring and training junior colleagues
- Business development and network building
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Finance or Economics
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in finance, audit or consulting
- Strong analytical and social skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to communicate with C‑level executives in English, French and/or Dutch
- Team player eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment
