CFO Advisory Manager – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and diligent professional to join our CFO Advisory team in Brussels as a Manager. You will work alongside senior experts on transformation, restructuring and transaction services, delivering high‑quality advisory to C‑suite clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an operational perspective during due‑diligence, restructuring or transformation programmes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for board members, investors, M&A advisors and senior management.
• Steer and guide junior team members throughout assignments.
• Report day‑to‑day project developments to senior team members.
• Ensure timely execution of assignments to a high standard.
• Contribute actively to business development and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• Operations industry experience (e.g., manufacturing or supply chain) in a corporate or consultancy setting.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting.
• Team‑player attitude with a strong appetite for knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to tackle challenging projects.
• Strong analytical and social skills with a curious mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort communicating with C‑level executives in English, French and/or Dutch.
