BMS Advisor – Fixed Term Contract

About the role

Join JERA Nex bp to develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Business Management System (BMS) in line with international ISO standards, supporting offshore wind operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage management system audits, including planning, coordination, follow‑up, and reporting.
• Coordinate management reviews, ensure compliance, and maintain ISO certifications.
• Drive the Performance Improvement Cycle across the organisation.
• Own BMS‑related training and ensure awareness across teams.
• Develop, implement, and improve the BMS framework, tools, and governance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably with management systems education.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001 standards.
• Experience with document management and structured information systems.
