Bilingual Sales Development Representative – German/English

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, German‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join a leading UK‑based B2B lead‑generation agency. You will act as the engine behind global growth for SaaS, FinTech and professional‑services founders, turning deep market intelligence into booked, high‑value meetings with pre‑warmed prospects across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a high‑volume outreach strategy with at least 200 touchpoints per day.
• Maintain a balanced multi‑channel approach: minimum 50% phone‑based cold calling, complemented by personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Achieve and exceed a monthly target of 12 outbound meetings booked with qualified prospects.
• Identify and qualify leads to ensure high conversion rates from initial contact to booked meeting.
• Collaborate with internal intelligence and creative teams to leverage pre‑warmed leads and tailored content.
• Manage pipeline and daily activity using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace and Slack.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling and cold emailing.
• Ability to sustain 200 daily touchpoints and meet a minimum of 12 qualified meetings per month.
