B2B Solutions Architect – IT & Fixed Connectivity

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Solutions Architect to work closely with Account and Sales Managers in designing high‑quality technical and commercial proposals. You will act as a consultative partner, translating customer ICT and business needs into tailored solutions that drive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to define customer ICT requirements and craft customized proposals.
• Analyze and qualify needs, integrating internal and partner solutions such as SD‑WAN, SASE, and EDR/XDR.
• Contribute technical and commercial input to complex RFP responses and support the bid process.
• Present, negotiate and close proposals while ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to validate solution quality, budget, and timing throughout implementation.
• Provide market feedback to Marketing for product and service development.
• Stay updated on emerging ICT technologies, obtain certifications and train internal teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role, engineering, product marketing or project management.
• Background in IT security, with knowledge of SD‑WAN, SASE, EDR/XDR and SOC services.
• Familiarity with Cisco or Fortinet solutions is a plus.
• Understanding of ISO27001, NIST, NIS2, CyFun frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to support the full sales cycle.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and proficient in English.
