Assistant Visual Manager – Retail (Antwerp)

About the role

The Assistant Visual Manager will help create an inspiring in‑store experience that reflects the Free People lifestyle while supporting overall store operations and sales goals. Working closely with the Store Brand Leader, Assistant Store Manager and District Brand Leader, you will ensure visual standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead visual training workshops and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Motivate staff to deliver high‑level customer care and achieve sales targets.
• Assist with hiring, talent development and succession planning.
• Manage scheduling, zoning and store‑wide operational tasks.
• Oversee restocking, stock‑room standards and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Interpret home‑office visual directives and execute impactful store displays.
• Analyze weekly sales reports to drive strategy and maximize revenue.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 lb.
• Flexibility to adapt schedule to business needs.
