Analyst Tax Services

About the role

As an Analyst in the Tax Services team at Eight Advisory, you will support clients on the direct tax aspects of a wide range of transactions. You will work on international assignments, collaborating with private‑equity funds and large corporates to deliver pragmatic tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on direct tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, carve‑outs and asset deals.
• Conduct due‑diligence and integration work for complex transactions.
• Develop and maintain tax models to support transaction structuring.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving tax legislation and communicate relevant developments to clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law or Economics (additional Master in Tax is a plus).
• Eager team player with a strong appetite for learning.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambitious environment.
