AI Trainer Lead (Remote)

About the role

This contract position focuses on training next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world input. You will work remotely, collaborating with the client’s team to ensure AI models learn, reason, and perform accurately across a wide range of domains.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI‑generated responses using defined rubrics and metrics across diverse subject areas.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to improve model accuracy and reliability.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback on AI performance to guide ongoing model improvements.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to interpret guidelines and refine evaluation rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain precise records of annotations and evaluations.
• Conduct critical reading and analysis of complex topics such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation and content evaluation.
• Strong critical reading and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
