About the role
Nexeo is seeking a French‑speaking Administrative Assistant to support one of its clients in Belgium. You will work in a dynamic, international consultancy environment, providing day‑to‑day administrative assistance to teams and management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and organize appointments for multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare, file and maintain administrative documents, reports and presentations.
- Handle internal and external communications professionally.
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, workshops and corporate events.
- Draft minutes, reports and official communications, ensuring accurate follow‑up of actions.
- Maintain proper archiving of records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is an asset.
- Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, rigorous and able to work autonomously.
- Proactive, flexible and solution‑oriented with a service‑oriented mindset.
- Fluent French; good knowledge of English and/or Dutch is a plus.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative and documentation management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French.
