Account Manager – Process Solutions

Key responsibilities

• Identify and expand opportunities to increase share of wallet and accelerate revenue growth.
• Develop deep knowledge of customer strategies, project pipelines, and commercial priorities to shape action plans.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to marshal resources and move opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain disciplined forecasting, use digital tools and CRM to qualify opportunities, and track activity accurately.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including account planning, pricing coordination, and order support.
• Communicate customer needs and market insights to internal teams and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Support customers transitioning to online and e‑commerce channels and ensure pipeline visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Bio)Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in life‑science or a related industry with a proven sales track record.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into commercial opportunities.
• Excellent territory and opportunity management skills.
• Comfortable working across functions and coordinating stakeholders.
• Clear, credible communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Sound business acumen and ability to interpret market signals and data.
• Resilient, able to thrive in demanding environments with shifting priorities.
