Account Manager – Indirect Mail Partner

About the role

bpost is looking for an Account Manager to join its Indirect Partner team. You will work with agencies, printers, consolidators and other partners that help companies reach end‑customers through physical communication. The role combines strategic insight with commercial impact in a fast‑evolving medium.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the indirect partner ecosystem (agencies, consolidators, printers, pre‑postal handlers, FPOs, data resellers).
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with existing partners, identifying up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Advise partners on market trends, challenges and opportunities, and report insights to the Segment Director.
• Analyze partners’ solutions, propose extensions or adaptations, and support them in selecting optimal bpost offerings.
• Negotiate and close contracts following standardized procedures, proposing exceptions when needed.
• Develop action plans, initiate sales processes with internal teams, and follow up on implementation.
• Plan quarterly outreach, define key account plans, and ensure all activities are tracked in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing, business analysts and operations to generate leads and guarantee a high‑quality partner experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Passion for physical communication and print media.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex ecosystems.
• Experience in B2B relationship management or marketing communication, preferably in a complex environment.
• Proactive, autonomous and commercially driven, capable of turning insights into concrete actions.
