Sales Account Manager – RCS/B2B

About the role

RingRing is expanding its commercial team to promote Google RCS for Business (RBM) across Belgium. As a Sales Account Manager you will focus on acquiring new B2B customers and growing existing accounts by migrating SMS portfolios to RCS.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and close new RCS/RBM clients across B2B, integrator, enterprise and public‑sector segments.
• Migrate existing SMS customers to RCS, nurture relationships and expand revenue.
• Guide clients through onboarding steps such as brand verification, use‑case definition, testing and carrier launch, supported by product and technical teams.
• Prepare commercial proposals and technical offers, including private tender submissions.
• Represent RingRing at networking and partner events and monitor the RCS ecosystem for new opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of proactive or reactive business development/sales experience, preferably in telecom, CPaaS or SaaS.
• Good understanding of the A2P messaging ecosystem (RCS, RBM agents, aggregators, carriers) or strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong commercial acumen, results‑driven and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch and/or French plus English.
• Residency in Belgium.
