Account Manager – Benelux

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Account Manager to join our Benelux sales team. Reporting to the Benelux Sales Lead, you will work across Belgium and the Netherlands, supporting both traditional retail channels and Belgium chains. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager to drive growth and ensure the success of individual stores.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and execute an annual strategic account plan for assigned stores.
• Own sales performance, monitor results, and identify opportunities to close gaps.
• Analyse market trends, competition and sales data to propose improvements.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to align resources with your commercial objectives.
• Negotiate assortments and deals with retailers, influencing key decisions for Versuni.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commercial Economics or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Experience with traditional retail channels, buying groups or distributors in Belgium is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; French preferred for Wallonia and Flanders customers.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
