Account Executive – French Speaking (Belgium)

About the role

Alan is looking for a French‑speaking Account Executive to join its fast‑growing sales team in Belgium. You will act as the main point of contact for prospective corporate clients, guiding them through the full sales cycle and helping them adopt Alan’s preventive health insurance solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and qualify new B2B prospects across Belgium.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and educate prospects on the Alan platform.
• Negotiate and close strategic deals while managing key customer relationships.
• Onboard new companies and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active client.
• Apply Alan’s Smart & Soft selling methodology to create a pleasant, instructive experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide feedback on product, processes and growth strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the health or insurance sector.
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently.
• Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
• Based in Belgium and able to work locally.
