Young Graduate Business/Data Analyst – Industry X

About the role

We are looking for a Young Graduate Business/Data Analyst to join our Industry X practice in Belgium. The role supports clients on their digital transformation journeys, working at the intersection of business, data and technology to make industrial operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Define transformation approaches for client production and operational activities.
• Lead and support client workshops, translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Design, build and implement data‑driven solutions, including blueprints, infrastructure designs and data models.
• Test prototypes, demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and support go‑live activities.
• Conduct process, system and data analyses aligned with industry best practices.
• Advise clients on technology trends and contribute to new Industry X offers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an engineering school.
• Strong interest in digital transformation and data‑driven solutions.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and with international clients.
• Willingness to start in September 2026.
