Senior Manager Strategy & Operation Procurement

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Strategy & Operations Procurement practice in Brussels. You will drive business growth, shape practice strategy, and deliver high‑impact consulting services to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Business development: leverage your procurement network, build new client relationships, identify opportunities, collaborate on proposals and drive revenue growth.
• Strategic leadership: co‑create and execute the practice strategy with partners, provide visionary direction and foster continuous innovation.
• Client engagement and service delivery: cultivate trusted advisor relationships, understand client needs and market trends, ensure high satisfaction and apply best‑practice methodologies.
• Team management: lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of procurement consultants, manage resource allocation and project assignments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience with deep knowledge of processes, strategies and best practices.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a broad network of procurement contacts and to win new business.
• Experience leading teams and delivering consulting services in global, multi‑site environments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French, with willingness to travel.
