Workplace Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Workplace Support Technician with a strong passion for IT technologies and a solid interest in workplace‑related activities and helpdesk support. The role primarily involves onsite assistance for Dutch‑speaking end users, complemented by phone and email support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via phone, email, or in person to Dutch‑speaking users.
• Filter, handle, coordinate, and follow up on IT service requests.
• Support workstations, tablets, smartphones and other devices through multiple channels.
• Identify, track, and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Manage workplace‑related assets and maintain accurate inventory.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations.
• Create and update support documentation as needed.
• Contribute to workplace‑related projects and innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate technical support from internal and external service providers.
• Collaborate with external vendors to meet service levels and timelines.
• Advise on workplace and mobile architecture from a conceptual standpoint.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dutch with strong communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Enthusiasm for IT technologies and helpdesk environments.
