Senior OutSystems Developer – Digital Care Solutions

About the role

Join CM’s agile team to design and build digital solutions that support volunteers providing care for the elderly, sick children and transport services. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end in OutSystems 11, focusing on new functionalities while also maintaining existing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain existing OutSystems applications (70% new, 30% maintenance).
• Perform functional testing of your code and review peers’ code.
• Implement user stories, manage the application lifecycle and document solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, scrum master, testers, architects and security to clarify priorities and verify implementations.
• Propose technical improvements and analyse integrations with external systems.
• Work with infrastructure staff to deploy applications and monitor their operation.
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to optimise development work.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience developing with OutSystems, including mobile and React projects.
• ODC certification or other OutSystems certifications is a plus.
• Experience in deploying and rolling out applications.
• Very good command of English; French or Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills; flexible, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and a continuous learning mindset.
