Weekend Night Receptionist (Hotel Front Desk)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Night Receptionist to manage overnight front‑desk operations at our Holiday Inn Express & Adagio Access hotel near Brussels Airport. The role combines guest service, administrative, and accounting duties, ensuring a smooth, secure, and welcoming environment during the quiet night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals, handle check‑ins, check‑outs and guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Perform nightly audit of all revenue streams, reconcile transactions, and close the business day in the PMS.
• Prepare daily summary reports for management, including occupancy and revenue figures.
• Monitor security, conduct property walks, and follow emergency procedures.
• Reconcile front‑desk cash drawer and manage cash handling procedures.
• Assist with light food‑and‑beverage duties, such as setting up breakfast service for early guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front office or night‑audit role preferred.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera or Opera Cloud.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
