About the role

Join JD Logistics Belgium as a Warehouse Team Leader, overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient, accurate handling of goods from receipt to dispatch while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to warehouse operatives.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile stock, and investigate variances.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely (certification required).
• Maintain accurate records of goods movement, stock levels, and team performance.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a warehouse or logistics team.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse workforce.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
